Online video games are one of the biggest growth areas in interactive entertainment and can give you a simulation of real life events and occurrences which may never take place. Traditional games do not present the same opportunities to interact with other people or form friendships, so most people who play these games by themselves spend less time playing them than those who are involved in multi-player games.
